A Product (s) is viable for an exchange as long as the

Product is in a saleable condition and is unused, and/or unwashed, with the original tags and price labels attached along with the proof of purchase.
Your proof of purchase is either a receipt or the online order confirmation email/SMS. Both are acceptable.
However, we will be unable to process your exchange request if:

The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame (within 7 days of delivery).
Product is damaged because of use or has been tampered with.
Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and order invoice.
